Job Description

The Service Integrator is responsible for integrating various IT processes to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects of IT services to ensure all components work effectively together. The Service Process Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of IT services within the organization.

Your responsibilities as an IT Service Process Coordinator:

• Coordinate the continuous improvement of the IT processes.
• Identify and resolve reoccurring IT issues to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with various IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Proactively identify and coordinate solutions for problems by analyzing incidents and changes.
• Take on the role of Major Incident Manager in the event of major disruptions.
• Coordinate the root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reports on SLA’s and customer satisfaction.
• Be the IT Service Management Analyst and assist in developing the incident, change and problem management processes.

You can make your mark as IT Service Process Coordinator if you have:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within IT service integration.
• Experience with ITSM processes and practices.
• Strong analytical and coordinating skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices; ITIL V4 certification is preferred.
• Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and/or similar products.
• Microsoft certification like AZ-900, AZ-904 are preferred.
