Desired Candidate Profile

Description: Cybersecurity Analyst

1. Monitors security systems and assists with threat response, including analyzing security logs, investigating security alerts, and coordinating incident response activities.
2. Enforces cybersecurity policies in accordance with CBUAE/NESA regulations, ensures compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and participates in security audits.
3. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or CS; Security+ or CEH preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, and system administration.
4. Requires 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity/SOC roles, with hands-on experience in security monitoring, incident response, and security tool usage.
5. Familiarity with SIEM and endpoint security is essential, including experience with security information and event management systems and endpoint protection platforms.
