Job Summary

Our client is seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy IT Sales Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building client relationships and selling IT services SAAS and HRMS products and services to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and lead generation

- Conduct client meetings to understand customer needs and offer tailored IT software services and solutions

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals quotes and contracts

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities

- Manage sales pipeline using CRM software and provide accurate sales forecasts

- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking events

Requirements
