The IT Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of IT products and services by identifying leads, educating prospects, and closing deals. This role requires a solid understanding of technical offerings, the ability to translate business needs into solutions, and strong communication skills to maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment and stays updated with market trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT products and services sector.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and vendors.
  7. Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  9. Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote products and build networks.
  10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of proven experience in IT or technology sales.
  3. Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software, hardware, networking, or cloud services.
  4. Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
