IT Sales, Dubai

Position: IT Sales
Work Location: Dubai
Job Type: On-site, Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 2 to 4 Years of IT Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new sales leads across SMEs and enterprise-level clients within various industries.
  2. Promote and sell a wide range of IT solutions including:
    1. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
    2. IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage)
    3. Managed services and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
    4. Cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security)
    5. Software licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)
    6. CCTV, access control & ELV systems
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for their IT needs.
  4. Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demos, and presentations to showcase solutions.
  5. Understand and analyse customer requirements to propose customized IT solutions.
  6. Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and prepare technically and commercially sound proposals.
  7. Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.
  8. Negotiate terms and close contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  9. Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
  11. Achieve or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  12. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
  13. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
  14. Stay updated with the latest trends in IT products, services, and competitors in the UAE market.
  15. Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 2 to 4 years of successful IT sales experience in the UAE.
  3. Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, software, and cybersecurity products.
  4. Strong network of contacts and existing client base in the UAE is an advantage.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  6. Goal oriented, self motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  7. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
