Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting IT professionals across various domains such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure. The candidate will have extensive experience in IT Contract Recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract IT positions including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods including social media networking, job portals, and professional associations.
  3. Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  4. Maintain a robust candidate database and manage relationships with passive candidates.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  6. Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits with selected candidates.
  7. Ensure compliance with company laws during the offer and onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT recruitment in an agency setting.
  2. Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions.
  3. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. High level of professionalism and integrity.
  6. UAE recruitment experience preferred.
