Job summary

DICETEK LLC in Dubai is seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives on a contractual basis. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure governance and security standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably managing enterprise-level infrastructure, cybersecurity projects.
• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong experience in end-to-end project management, covering initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure and information security projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, cloud, application, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk and issue management, change control, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including enterprise networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, data centres, high availability, disaster recovery, security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; monitor planned versus actual progress; manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and vendor deliverables; coordinate cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders; ensure compliance with PMO governance, project management methodologies, and applicable security standards; and provide regular management reports and dashboards to ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and project reporting tools is preferred.
