Overview

Project Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects - Onsite - BFS - 15+ years experience

We are looking for experienced IT Project Manager(s) to lead multiple high-impact initiatives, including:

GRC Projects - Compliance, Risk, and Audit (running parallelly with different vendors)
AML Application Replacement - A business-critical transformation project

The role involves end-to-end project ownership from the bank's side - ensuring tracking, reporting, escalation, and documentation to meet aggressive timelines and successful delivery.

Based on the complexity and volume, we are open to deploying one or multiple PMs.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, and managing resources.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with GRC initiatives.
  • Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for GRC projects.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to project team members.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improving GRC processes and frameworks.
  • Training and Awareness: Developing and delivering training programs to promote a culture of compliance.
