We are looking for experienced
IT Project Manager(s) to lead multiple high-impact initiatives, including:
GRC Projects - Compliance, Risk, and Audit (running parallelly with different vendors)
AML Application Replacement - A business-critical transformation project
The role involves
end-to-end project ownership from the bank's side - ensuring
tracking, reporting, escalation, and documentation to meet aggressive timelines and successful delivery.
Based on the complexity and volume, we are open to
deploying one or multiple PMs.
Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing project plans, and managing resources.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with GRC initiatives.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for GRC projects.
- Communication: Effectively communicating project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to project team members.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improving GRC processes and frameworks.
- Training and Awareness: Developing and delivering training programs to promote a culture of compliance.
QualificationsUG or PG
Essential skills- GRC Project experience
- Project Management
- Very good communication and Stakeholder management
- Technical Skills viz. GRC Tools
- Strong understanding of GRC Principles, Framework and Best practices
- Problem solving skills
- Leadership capability
- Should have handled Testing projects and Reporting
Desired skills- Past project experience in UAE/Middle East projects
