IT Project Manager B2B (Russian speaker)

Your Role: As an experienced Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B products and technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboratively work on B2B product enhancement, defining business goals, project scope, necessary developments, cost, resources, and timeline;
2. Prepare and deliver impactful, well-organized presentations;
3. Manage project documentation and track progress, conducting regular reviews with internal and client stakeholders;
4. Serve as a bridge between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical specialists;
5. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance business relations with clients;
6. Mentor and coach team members, resolving critical issues and escalating them when necessary;
7. Participate in QA and pre-UAT to ensure exceptional quality;
8. Support core team with integrations and additional functionalities.

Requirements

1. Fluency in English and Russian, with advanced communication and negotiation skills;
2. Willing to work in the office in Dubai (we are helping with relocation);
3. Minimum 2 years of project management experience in online business;
4. Proficiency in Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile);
5. Strong technical aptitude: web and mobile technology, development cycles, API understanding, developer communication skills, analytical thinking;
6. Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills;
7. Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and teams concurrently.
