We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highlycapable IT Project Manager at the Associate level to join the TechnologyDepartment, supporting a high-performing North America-focused team withina prestigious and globally recognized financial services organization.
This role requires strong project execution capabilities, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of investmentmanagement operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-enddelivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals andcompliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage the full projectlifecycle in accordance with the organization's project managementmethodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Define project scope,objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs in collaboration withstakeholders.
- Track progress, managedependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Team Engagement
- Engage and collaboratewith senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Lead cross-functionalproject teams, assigning responsibilities and facilitating coordination.
- Communicate clearlyacross all levels, providing updates, reports, and strategic insights.
Strategic Project Execution
- Manage a portfolio oftechnology projects, with a focus on application development, dataanalytics, infrastructure enhancements, and enterprise systems.
- Contribute to theexecution of transformation initiatives that improve internal capabilitiesand operational performance.
- Identify risks, escalateissues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Budget, Procurement & Compliance
- Prepare and manageproject budgets, ensuring alignment with financial planning and approvals.
- Lead procurementprocesses including RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor evaluation, and contractmanagement.
- Ensure compliance withprocurement policies, data security, legal frameworks, and auditstandards.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate andup-to-date project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, statusreports, and lessons learned.
- Deliver executive-levelreporting and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline (mandatory)
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- PMI-ACP or equivalentAgile certification (mandatory)
Experience:
- 10+ years of IT projectmanagement experience, ideally in financial services or investmentmanagement.
- Strong experiencemanaging both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects.
- Demonstrated success indelivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within strict timelinesand budgets.
- Prior exposure toapplication development, enterprise systems, and data projects isessential.
- Experience working withglobal teams and navigating time zone or regional coordination challenges.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding ofproject management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
- Solid technicalgrounding in enterprise applications, data platforms, software lifecycle,cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of businesscontinuity, disaster recovery, data protection regulations, andcybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience in the implementation of Aladdin platform
- Familiarity withbudgeting tools and financial tracking in a technology projectenvironment.
