A leading company in Dubai seeks a meticulous and energetic project manager to support clientele with efficient project management. Responsibilities include managing projects on Zoho Projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving customer satisfaction while overseeing both general and software asset management projects. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience are required. Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to speak Arabic are preferred.

Drive upsells requirements to customers during project execution
Job Overview
A meticulous and energetic team member to support our clientele with on time and efficient project management. The goal is to meet project delivery targets and drive sustainable customer satisfaction, project closure, upsell and recommendations.
General Project Management (not limited to Network Monitoring, Security and IT Asset Management) :
1) Create Project plans on Zoho Projects
2) Liaise between Zoho Projects and Zoho Desks to secure active updates in the project plan.
3) Follow up on issues for each project and record progress of the solutions to issues in Zoho Project.
4) Share weekly and monthly reports on projects with all stakeholders.
5) Escalate issues internally and externally, provide feedback and suggestions for resolutions.
6) Ensure that stakeholders are aware of the issues and resolutions.
7) Visit project teams every month or quarter depending on the profile of the customer and requirement.
8) Communicate with the Resourcing manager to ensure that project resources are available on time and in meetings.
9) Ensure that time is dedicated to projects are recorded and do not exceed the number of days committed.
10) Prepare for travel for project resources as needed.
11) Present projects and plans to management every week.
Software Asset Management (SAM) Projects :
1) Lead the daily stand-up SAM calls.
2) Ensure that SAM project issues are documented and relevant to the teams.
3) Add and remove resources to work on SAM projects as needed.
4) Visit customer sites and perform updated contract uploads and reviews.
5) Perform optimization cycles and present reports.
6) Share status updates on the entire project for SAM with all stakeholders.
7) Identify issues and develop methods to solve them.
8) Present SAM Projects internally
9) Visit customers on site as needed for SAM optimization requirements.
10) Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project and cost optimization requirements.
11) Complete the assigned training and certifications as per company guidelines.
