Overview:
Our client, a leading UK-managed construction company, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a high-value ERP transformation initiative. With a $5 million investment into IT infrastructure, this role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale Oracle EBS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite, across multiple business units.
  • Oversee project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality standards and governance are maintained.
  • Manage change management and user adoption strategies during and post-implementation.
  • Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a Western university in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a must.
  • Minimum of 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC region.
  • Proven success managing ERP projects valued at $5 million or more, ideally in the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and their integration within business processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.
