Job Purpose:
To coordinate with external vendors, internal IT team, and Business Departments on projects, ensuring implementation meets customer expectations and supports smooth department functions.
Principal Responsibilities:
Project & Change Management
- Support the Project Manager during project concept, planning, sizing, and cost estimation to ensure alignment with IT management.
- Manage and coordinate activities throughout the project lifecycle, including team and deliverables.
- Maintain and update the Project plan, tracking progress and reporting to the IT steering committee.
- Document project management deliverables and plans.
- Support projects within schedule and budget constraints, maintaining scope and quality.
- Highlight project change risks or issues promptly to relevant boards and managers.
- Participate in change management processes and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Minimum Requirements & Evaluation Criteria:
- Experience working with at least two large projects as a Project Coordinator.
IT Standards
- Apply CMMI & ITIL processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
- Follow IT standards for project documentation and maintain shared repositories.
- Identify and communicate project change risks or issues timely.
Minimum Requirements & Evaluation Criteria:
- Excellent knowledge of CMMI & ITIL standards with implementation experience.
Business Analysis
- Define business processes and workflows to meet operational needs.
- Analyze and document functional and business requirements, ensuring compliance with DP World IT standards.
- Document business requirements related to IT solutions for management review and decision making.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, business users, outsourcing partners, and project teams to document deliverables, conduct user testing, and prepare user manuals and training.
Minimum Requirements & Evaluation Criteria:
- Good knowledge and prior experience in Business Analysis.

- Schedule and document meetings with business users, outsourcing partners, IT teams, and management committees.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for project and technical consultancy services.
