Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and service management of the computer room within the jurisdiction. Balance service quality, efficiency, cost, and safety in conjunction with IDC's actual situation, and continuously optimize and improve to support the department's business operations;
• Respond to and handle Ali IDC risk events and emergency faults, ensuring controllable operation risks such as IDC changes and faults;
• Establish efficient cooperative relations with local government departments and complete compliance operation requirements assigned by them;
• Provide on-site technical support for business equipment, understand business needs and network structure, and promote the implementation of operational projects between teams;
• Manage talent development, capacity training, risk control, team culture, and the on-site operation and maintenance ecological team for IDC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• Over 3 years of experience in global large data center operations (>

10MW) as a team leader or management team member with more than 15 people;

• Deep knowledge of Data Center IT Operations;
• Functional knowledge of cloud technologies, architectures, IT service delivery principles, and best practices;
• Highly driven, self-managed, with strong problem analysis and critical thinking skills;
• Knowledge of data center construction procedures;
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+ at times);
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluent in Chinese, as the role requires coordination with HQ in China.
