What You Will Do：

As the IT Operations Manager for the UAE AITO, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure and align global IT policies with UAE regulations.

1. Maintain and optimize local data centers, cloud services, enterprise networks, and critical business systems (e.g., ERP, OA).
2. Implement UAE cybersecurity standards, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage data backup/disaster recovery drills.
3. Ensure IT operations comply with UAE labor laws and data localization requirements.
4. Resolve employee IT issues and provide bilingual (Arabic/English) technical support. Develop internal IT usage guidelines.
5. Manage IT budgets and optimize procurement costs.

What You Need to Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of IT operations experience, Familiarity with the UAE IT ecosystem. Experience in the multinational corporations is a plus.
3. Expertise in network architecture, Windows/Linux servers, databases and cybersecurity tools; Proficiency in monitoring tools.
4. Adaptability to multicultural teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HQ and local stakeholders.
5. Problem-solving under pressure.
