Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage a resilient and secure network infrastructure across core, distribution, and access layers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve incidents.
• Install, maintain, repair, and replace network hardware including routers, switches, servers, and telecommunications equipment.
• Provide technical support for network operating systems and software applications, troubleshooting connectivity, security, and performance issues.
• Configure, manage, and optimize network security systems including firewalls and Endpoint Protection systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages, slow performance, and configuration errors.
• Maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and asset management records.
• Support network integration and functional testing to ensure systems operate optimally.
• Ensure network equipment and server rooms are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and security of all company data and documents.
• Collaborate with the IT team to follow network policies and procedures.
• Lead network infrastructure upgrades and lifecycle management for hardware and software.
• Support VoIP, video conferencing, and real-time communication systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager, IT and Digitalization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• At least five years of experience in enterprise networking and security.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or SSCP are highly desired.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees of different levels and cultures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to a rapidly changing technical environment.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
