The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver reliable and efficient technology services. The IT Manager collaborates with various departments to provide technical solutions that support the organization's growth and operational needs. The IT Manager is also responsible for leveraging their expertise in ERP systems, Microsoft 365 Dynamics, integration skills, change management, workflow automation, and website/domain management to drive technological advancements within the organization. This role aims to enhance business processes, facilitate collaboration, and optimize operational efficiency through effective technology solutions.
The IT Manager reports to the Head of Finance and Operations and is responsible for leading technology-related initiatives, making decisions regarding ERP implementation, integration strategies, workflow automation, and website management. Collaborates with the Strategy and Operations teams to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and enhance operational processes.
Internal: CEO, Head of Finance and Operations
External: Consultants, Outsourced service providers.
90% of the time is spent in the office environment involving limited standing and walking to interact with internal contacts, and 10% of the time is spent travelling to third party meetings held outside the office by land and occasionally by air. Tangible environment (Physical): 90% of the time is spent in clean air-conditioned environment (Mainly HQ), and 10% of the time is spent outside in the prevailing climatic conditions and in travelling on land and air.

This is a full-time position. Corporate Business days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, starting anytime between 8:00 am to 9:00 am to 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. 32 hours per week. Some overtime hours may be required as job duties demand.
This position can be on a dependents visa with work permit or on employment visa subject to approval by labor department and immigration.
