Job description

We are looking for an IT Manager (Process Management) to develop and optimize IT processes. Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop process maps, interrelationship matrices, accountability matrices, RASIC charts, and process efficiency matrices for IT functions.
  2. Ensure process improvements through diagnosis of processes and results; collaborate with Business Enablement (BE), IT leads, and interaction functions to standardize and enhance processes.
  3. Map end-to-end IT processes aligned with IT architecture and strategy, and further develop related sub-processes, measures, and adherence checks.
  4. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, map digitization processes, and oversee module development from testing to launch and handover.
  5. Conduct periodic training on process approaches and improvements.
  6. Manage process/document change management systems.
  7. Maintain process documentation on the Central Digital Repository.
  8. Perform periodic audits of critical processes to ensure proper implementation.
  9. Understand IT strategy, systems, and platforms relevant to the Realty business.

  • Knowledge of IT strategies, new trends, technologies, and platforms across industries.
  • Product and process knowledge specific to the Realty industry.
  • Familiarity with industry-related processes, interfaces, and future IT needs.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills to implement Digital Process Architect, End-to-End Process Architect, and Change Management systems.
  • Exposure to international standards and excellence models like Deming, EFQM, etc.
  • Certified Auditor for international standards.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 7 QC Tools, QC story approach, and statistical tools.
  • Experience with process flowcharting and analytical tools like Visio and Power BI.
