The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware systems, networks, and communications. This role involves managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure reliability, security, and efficient operation using DM IMS and supporting applications to take advantage of its capability for the maximum benefit of the organization by applying best practices and streamlining business processes. This role is responsible for leading technical support, infrastructure upgrades, and ensuring seamless communication systems across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and maintain IT solutions across departments and new locations, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
- Installing and monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and maximum availability and reliability.
- Install, monitor, and manage IT infrastructure—including servers, workstations, and network equipment—to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and high availability.
- Handle daily IT operations, including system backups and recovery, fault diagnosis and resolution, user support, software upgrades, and escalation to external partners.
- Liaise with external hardware and software vendors for maintenance, troubleshooting, and service agreements.
- Protect infrastructure and sensitive data from unauthorized access by continuously monitoring and enforcing IT security protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate availability of information to users and management to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver high-quality IT support and customer service, ensuring systems meet business requirements and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Develop and promote streamlined IT processes that enhance information flow, support principal inquiries, and improve system utilization across the organization.
- Arranging the installations of servers, workstations, network equipment, telecommunications and continuous performance monitoring.
- Providing security for the data and the infrastructure from unauthorized access includes constant monitoring of sensitive data against possible manipulation.
- Ensuring availability of timely and high-quality information for various users and the management for decision making.
- Setting QMA objectives and preparing action plans to achieve the objectives.
- Implementing Albatha guidelines related to IT.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining IT system required to meet the business objectives.
- Develop and promote efficient information flow process on a timely, consistent and fair manner on principal’s inquiries.
- Develop a process to improve efficient utilization of system and IT solutions.
- Ensure adherence & compliance with policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
Key Accountabilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure reliable operation of all hardware, servers, data centers, and network systems.
- Communications Systems: Manage voice and data communication networks, including telephony, video conferencing, and wireless connectivity.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the IT infrastructure team, ensuring effective performance, training, and development.
- System Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard hardware and communication assets, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Vendor and Asset Management: Oversee procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware and communication assets; manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Ensure timely resolution of hardware and network issues to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Project Delivery: Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, installations, and expansions, aligned with organizational needs and timelines.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware systems, network infrastructure, and communication technologies
- Proficiency in managing servers, data centers, backup systems, and IT security protocols
- Hands-on experience with IT asset management, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading technical teams
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Experience in sectors with complex IT environments such as automotive, manufacturing, telecommunications, or large-scale enterprise IT operations.
- Experience in both local and international IT environments is preferred
