mselect is looking to hire an IT Manager for an Aerospace & Defence manufacturing client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates must have at least 7-10 years of experience in ERP system migrations, especially SAP or similar enterprise systems. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated IT Manager with expertise in ERP system migration, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and firewall management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless migration of our existing ERP system to a new platform and will oversee various other critical IT functions to ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of the company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. End-User Support: Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all IT systems.
3. SAP Migration: Lead the migration of the current ERP system (SAP) to a new ERP platform, including planning, data migration, system configuration, and post-migration testing.
4. IP Phone Management: Manage and maintain IP phone systems, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and ongoing support for communication systems.
5. Printer Management: Oversee printer management, ensuring functionality and resolving issues related to print infrastructure.

7. Information Security Management (InfoSec): Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus systems, encryption, and access controls to protect organizational data.
8. CCTV & Access Control Management: Oversee CCTV and access control systems to ensure security and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 7-10 years of experience in ERP system migrations, especially SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, firewall management, and information security protocols.
• Experience with IP phone systems, MDM, CCTV systems, and access control.
• Solid understanding of IT asset management and maintaining accurate records of IT hardware and software.
• Proficiency in managing end-user support and troubleshooting various IT issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant IT management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
