Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Management of IT Infrastructure & Critical Services
2. Network administration and recommendations
3. On premises and cloud backup monitoring and management
4. Email system administration
5. Quarterly health checks, Recommendations and reporting to management team
6. Work & lead a team of engineers to resolve open tickets as per agreed SLAs
7. Excellent knowledge of MS Windows Server Operating Systems
8. Hands on experience & knowledge on RAID Configurations
9. Knowledge of server migrations for 2012 to 2022
10. Troubleshooting knowledge of IOS & MAC based products
11. Strong troubleshooting knowledge of MS Outlook and InTune
12. Strong knowledge & experience on O365 management
13. Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN / WAN & WiFi issues
14. Knowledge of various backup technologies and practices
15. Hands on working knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP records and updates
16. Knowledge of Firewalls setups, rules
17. Knowledge of IT asset management, Documentation
18. Manage relationship with vendor & suppliers
19. Act as a bridge between Management, Users & L1 Support Engineers
20. Manage work rosters of L1 support engineers, share work based on skill set and availability
21. Knowledge on incident investigation & reporting
22. Knowledge on Project Management & reporting
23. Ability to manage Change Management
24. Knowledge on NABIDH, DHA & ADICS requirements
25. Candidates with prior experience from Medical Domain would be preferred
