IT Manager

Our client is looking for a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee their IT systems, ensure robust security measures, and optimize our digital presence. In this role, you will manage hardware, software, and networks while also leveraging your expertise in Zoho, web development, and database management to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
2. Manage and optimize Zoho applications to improve business processes.
3. Develop and maintain company websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
4. Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
5. Implement and maintain cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or similar).
6. Utilize SEO and website analytics tools to enhance online visibility.
7. Handle database management and API integrations to support business operations.
8. Provide technical support and ensure system uptime and security.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management.
2. Strong background in web development, database management, and API integrations.
3. Expertise in Zoho applications.
4. Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and cloud platforms.
5. Certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with SEO and website analytics tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT solutions.
