Role Purpose

Technology is at the heart of seamless operations, innovation, and digital transformation across Beyond ONE and its regional entities. The IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the core IT infrastructure systems and end-user services at the Dubai headquarters are fully operational, secure, and scalable. In addition, this role acts as a central coordinating function across our Operating Companies (OPCOs) in the GCC and LATAM regions, aligning enterprise IT capabilities and standards for technology service delivery, governance, and support.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations at Beyond ONE's Dubai headquarters, including end-user support, infrastructure systems management, and service delivery.
  • Coordinate and align IT service management practices across GCC and LATAM OpCos, promoting shared standards, best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the CISO to ensure IT operations are aligned with security compliance and data protection requirements.
  • Lead engagements with IT vendors and service providers, including contract management, SLA enforcement, and performance tracking.
  • Support enterprise projects involving IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, business systems rollout, and unified communications.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding user processes, helpdesk support quality, and the tracking of IT assets and licenses.
  • Document and enforce technology usage policies, working closely with HR, Legal, and Information Security teams.
  • Provide input into IT budgeting, procurement, and strategic planning processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OpCo IT teams, facilitating knowledge-sharing and ensuring alignment with group-wide imperatives.
Qualifications & Attributes

We're seeking someone who embodies the following:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • ITIL, ITSM, or PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network) are a plus

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience in IT service management, infrastructure support, systems administration, or similar roles
  • At least 3 years in a Managerial or coordination role, ideally across multiple geographic regions
  • Proven experience managing internal stakeholders and third-party IT vendors or MSPs
  • Familiarity with managing IT within hybrid work and multivendor environments

Technical Skills:
Must-haves:

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL frameworks)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft 365, EntraID / Active Directory, Teams, etc.
    • Endpoint/device management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)
    • Network infrastructure and security (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs) (preferred)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity tools and controls (patching, antivirus, backups, access control)
  • Experience working with Jira, collaboration, and ticketing platforms (Service Desk)
