Position Title: IT Manager

Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowances

About the Client: An established multi-concept, all-day dining experience in Dubai with branches across UAE, KSA, France, and UK.

Job Description:

1. Oversee POS, KDS, CRM, and all tech systems across locations, ensuring smooth performance and real-time support.
2. Work with operations and finance to align tech solutions with business goals and enhance efficiency.
3. Manage system upgrades, data protection, and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
4. Handle vendor relations and explore new technologies to drive growth and digital improvement.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience from F&B/Hospitality industry as IT Manager
2. Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems
3. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud-based tools, and security protocols
4. Valid UAE driver's license and car is a must
