Job description

Client Introduction

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the Government Industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, technology refresh, cloud transformation, and core system upgrades
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities including initiation, budgeting, scoping, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks in alignment with UAE government standards, ITIL, and CBUAE regulations
• Ensure all technology projects meet information security and regulatory compliance requirements
• Engage with C-level executives, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to align project objectives and expectations
• Provide accurate project status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to steering committees
• Manage project budgets ranging from AED 20M to AED 40M ensuring cost optimization and timely delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to safeguard delivery timelines
• Implement best practices for infrastructure service delivery, project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead change management efforts to transition from legacy infrastructure to modern enterprise platforms

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure services including data center migration and consolidation, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), enterprise networking and security platforms, and CRM/ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Proven ability to manage large multi-portfolio programs in banking, financial services, or government sectors
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile PM certification desirable
• 10+ years of IT project management experience with at least 5+ years focused on enterprise infrastructure projects in large financial, telecom, or government organizations
