Job description
JOB PURPOSE

A process-driven techno-functional professional responsible for managing and optimizing the organization\'s entire IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operation across all technology-related services.

  • Oversee the entire ICT setup, including central and retail network infrastructure services.
  • Manage retail applications, such as POS systems (e.g., LS Retail), legacy systems, and other related infrastructures.
  • Develop and maintain network infrastructure policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards.
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity solutions and policies to comply with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure security system (CCTV) compliance with regulatory authority requirements across retail outlets, warehouses, and the organization.
  • Prepare and manage IT budgets, contributing to the business process transformation roadmap.
  • Maintain data center operations, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead and allocate resources effectively, ensuring operational management meets agreed service standards.
  • Plan and conduct technical and behavioral training programs to enhance team efficiency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
  • Educational Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering, or MCA.
  • Experience: 1015 years in IT within a Middle Eastern retail business environment.
  • Proven expertise in retail IT infrastructure, POS applications, and network and security solutions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure and next-gen network and security solutions.
  • Experience managing and maintaining security systems (CCTV) in line with regulatory guidelines.
COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective team management and resource allocation.
  • Strong ability to delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Competence in liaising with external vendors to fulfill technical requirements.
