Job summary

Inception42 in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Manager to lead the organization’s identity and infrastructure operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems. The role oversees IAM, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, and cloud services for enterprise-wide governance and security.

The candidate will lead the identity & infrastructure team, enforce security best practices, and maintain compliance with ITIL/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration roles.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments including servers, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Proven experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 architecture and licensing management.
