Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage firewalls, monitor network performance, and implement security policies.
- Provide IT support with strong knowledge of network security protocols.
- Manage IT infrastructure and enforce security protocols.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with vendors.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Ensure security and support IT troubleshooting.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure activities, manage audio/visual systems, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance warehouse processes and implement WMS solutions.
- Collect and analyze business data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide advanced technical support and manage IT infrastructure.
- Administer SQL databases and maintain network systems.
- Support healthcare platforms and provide IT solutions.
- Manage hotel IT infrastructure and support management systems.
- Provide technical support and manage social media strategies.
- Responsible for Server Administration and managing Microsoft Servers.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure.
- Manage QHSE document control processes and ensure compliance.
- Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and LAN.
- Manage IT systems and optimize infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with school management systems and immediate availability preferred.
