IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and manage firewalls, monitor network performance, and implement security policies.
  2. Provide IT support with strong knowledge of network security protocols.
  3. Manage IT infrastructure and enforce security protocols.
  4. Provide technical support and collaborate with vendors.
  5. Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  6. Ensure security and support IT troubleshooting.
  7. Plan and execute IT infrastructure activities, manage audio/visual systems, and ensure timely project delivery.
  8. Collaborate with clients to enhance warehouse processes and implement WMS solutions.
  9. Collect and analyze business data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  10. Provide advanced technical support and manage IT infrastructure.
  11. Administer SQL databases and maintain network systems.
  12. Support healthcare platforms and provide IT solutions.
  13. Manage hotel IT infrastructure and support management systems.
  14. Provide technical support and manage social media strategies.
  15. Responsible for Server Administration and managing Microsoft Servers.
  16. Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure.
  17. Manage QHSE document control processes and ensure compliance.
  18. Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and LAN.
  19. Manage IT systems and optimize infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in IT support with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  2. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  3. Strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
  4. Familiarity with school management systems and immediate availability preferred.
