Job Responsibilities
- Proactively resolve software and hardware problems through on-site support and remote assistance by liaising with the central IT support helpdesk within a limited timeframe to ensure client satisfaction.
- Liaise with network engineers to provide suitable network access and implement changes in the existing network as per business requirements and set procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues according to agreed SLAs.
- Assist the team with implementing IT business applications across DHRE and provide relevant information to ensure flawless execution during the implementation phase.
- Collect and gather business information for IT requirements and prepare primary reports for the team.
- Contribute to developing knowledge databases to document common issues, responses, and solutions faced by users.
- Maintain accurate monthly inventory of all company IT equipment and prepare inventory status reports.
- Handle preventive repair and maintenance of all IT equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide oversight and guidance to the team to resolve ongoing IT operational issues.
- Oversee and reconcile email account licenses.
- Gather, analyze, and process business requirements for IT infrastructure to set up new site offices, modify existing setups, and cancel services, including site surveys, Bill of Quantity (BoQ), service requests, internet packages, internal cabling, laptops, printers, telephones, emails, and mobile SIM cards.
- Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Experience
Vacancy: 1-3 to 4 years of experience.
Other Requirements
UAE Driving License and a driver’s license with a car are required to support site offices.
