Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable Site Helper to support daily site, facility, maintenance, material handling, and general operational activities at IT facilities in Dubai.

The Site Helper will assist technicians, maintenance teams, facility staff, warehouse personnel, and other site employees with moving materials, preparing work areas, loading and unloading equipment, maintaining cleanliness, organizing tools and supplies, and completing general site support tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Site Helper, General Helper, Site Assistant, General Laborer, Labourer, Maintenance Helper, or Facility Helper is preferred.
• Previous experience in an IT company, commercial building, warehouse, facilities management, construction, maintenance, or technical environment is an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, or overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist site, maintenance, facilities, warehouse, and technical teams with daily operational activities.
• Support technicians and maintenance staff during installation, repair, inspection, and servicing activities.
• Load, unload, move, carry, and organize tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and other site items.
• Assist with handling and transportation of IT equipment, computers, cables, networking equipment, furniture, and office materials.
• Prepare work areas before maintenance, installation, repair, or facility activities.
• Keep work areas, storage areas, corridors, loading areas, and site facilities clean and organized.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, boxes, materials, and supplies between offices, warehouses, and designated site locations.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe lifting practices.
• Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude when working with employees, contractors, visitors, and service providers.
• Assist with basic facility support tasks such as moving items, setting up areas, and preparing rooms for operational use.
• Support emergency, maintenance, and urgent site activities as directed by management.
• Perform other general site, facility, warehouse, and operational support duties assigned by the supervisor.
