Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is looking for a reliable Site Helper to support daily site operations at IT facilities. The role involves assisting technicians, moving materials, loading and unloading equipment, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

This full-time position requires teamwork, the ability to work in a fast-paced site environment, and flexibility with hours. UAE visa and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Site Helper or related roles is preferred.
• Experience in IT facilities, buildings, or maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist site, maintenance, facilities, and warehouse teams with daily operations.
• Support technicians during installation, repair, and servicing activities.
• Load/unload and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Transport IT equipment, cables, furniture, and supplies as needed.
• Prepare work areas before activities and keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE rules, and safe lifting practices.
• Maintain professional conduct and cooperate with staff and contractors.
• Assist with general facility tasks and urgent site activities as directed.
