Position Overview
INOI Global Mobile Phones LLC is a fast-growing international company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of smartphones, with operations spanning multiple countries. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and technically strong IT Director to lead our digital transformation journey, take full ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, and build a robust and scalable IT infrastructure to support our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system to ensure seamless functionality across all business units.
- Analyze existing business processes across production, logistics, sales, inventory, and finance to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Develop and implement enhancements and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with evolving business needs.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure is scalable, secure, and equipped to support international growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to assess technology needs and deliver impactful IT solutions.
- Lead the adoption and integration of new systems and tools including BI analytics, service management platforms, and e-commerce solutions.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IT team (both internal and outsourced), establishing robust support mechanisms and ensuring business continuity.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology-related compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within manufacturing or distribution sectors.
- In-depth understanding of core business processes (logistics, finance, sales) and their integration within ERP systems.
- Demonstrated success in driving process automation and managing multi-entity/global IT environments.
- Expertise in systems integration, cybersecurity, and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Russian (written and verbal); additional language skills are advantageous.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics certifications, PMP, ITIL, TOGAF) are a plus.
