We are looking for a highly skilled customer-centric & technically hands-on IT Digital Business Partner with expertise in setting up, orchestrating, and managing omni-channel platforms, integrating and co-administering e-commerce systems, developing and operating analytics platforms, and managing IT retail boutique operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will partner to enable the digital roadmap and enhance customer experience across online stores, mobile apps, and physical retail locations. You will also manage data platforms and collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve their data goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the omnichannel product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, design, operations) to ensure product initiative alignment across e-commerce and retail channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience by integrating new technologies, tools, and features supporting seamless shopping across channels.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Work closely with Business Teams to model data needs and co-build robust analytics solutions.
- Engage in the development (ETL, ELT) and operation of data platforms (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.) supporting Business Intelligence & Analytics.
- Govern data security and privacy in line with IT Cyber Security practices.
E-Commerce & Retail Integration
- Lead integration of e-commerce platforms with retail systems to ensure consistent customer experience online and in-store.
- Support innovative solutions like click-and-collect, in-store inventory visibility, and personalized marketing.
- Oversee implementation of omnichannel features such as loyalty programs, recommendations, and dynamic pricing.
- Manage evolution of data lake and Customer Data Platform for centralized omnichannel customer journey mapping for campaigns.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with stakeholders across consumer strategy, retail operations, marketing, and IT/ERP to align digital solutions with business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements as a liaison between teams.
- Present updates, performance metrics, and customer feedback to leadership and stakeholders.
Role - Specific Skills :
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, especially boutiques, with hands-on technical skills to bridge digital and physical experiences.
- Experience managing digital product roadmaps in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Data Solutions (Data warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, Analytics with Power BI/Tableau).
- Hands-on experience in E-Commerce, preferably Shopify.
- Team player with knowledge of Point-of-Sale Operations, CRM, Digital Content & Asset Management.
- Ability to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Desired Background and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in product management focusing on omnichannel retail, e-commerce, and customer experience.
- Experience in luxury retail industry preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision.
- Experience in retail/omnichannel and CRM roles.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms, Data Warehouses, Data Lake (preferably Azure).
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (preferably Shopify) and POS systems.
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, E-Commerce are a plus.
- Certifications in Power BI, Data Warehouses, Microsoft Fabric are advantageous.
