You will own projects from start to finish, with the influence to make an impact, supported by a culture that encourages ideas and development.

About The Role

As our IT&D Manager, you'll inspire a team to deliver excellence and drive our IT & D ambitions in the UK. We seek an authentic leader who nurtures talent and can strategically steer our initiatives to new heights.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Building strong relationships with IT&D Directors, regional leaders, R&D, and factory stakeholders.
  2. Ensuring high service quality, availability, and performance across all business units.
  3. Reporting on key performance metrics, focusing on SLAs and business outcomes.
  4. Monitoring and managing continuous service improvement initiatives.
  5. Supporting local delivery of DEE products and platforms in collaboration with IMEX.
  6. Driving infrastructure planning and site refreshes.
  7. Promoting adoption of the Operating Design (OD) model and facilitating connections between IMEX and Product Streams.
  8. Analyzing customer feedback to drive service enhancements.
  9. Aligning and executing key technology projects regionally and locally.

The experience we're looking for:

  • 5-8 years in IT service management, operations, or delivery roles within a global or regional organization.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into IT outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
  • Experience with SLAs, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to infrastructure lifecycle planning and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and collaborate across IT functions.
  • Experience with service reporting tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
