An IT Coordinator will be responsible for supporting IT systems related to business operations, office functions, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As an IT Coordinator, you will support the IT Department in ensuring the quality and delivery of IT systems for the hotel and its guests. Your tasks will include:

• Providing daily support for all hotel IT systems and users to minimize outages
• Recording issues and advising the IT Manager on matters requiring further attention
• Recommending system improvements to the IT Manager
• Communicating with the hotel Business Center Team to address guest-related IT needs

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Current technical knowledge and skills
