We have a great opportunity for an IT Coordinator under the Emiratization Program. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the successful operation of the department and maximizing guest satisfaction by ensuring all systems run smoothly.

What will you do?

• Maintain hotel technological equipment such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Ensure hotel devices interconnect seamlessly with file servers, email servers, and financial systems.
• Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware on hotel devices.
• Manage all software licenses.
• Keep an inventory of all electronic assets.
• Provide training to colleagues on hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Create installation instructions for software.
• Perform backups and restore data as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend software purchases to the IT Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with hotel colleagues and guests to uphold service standards.
• Listen empathetically to client queries and work with colleagues to find solutions.
