Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for staff, students, and classroom technologies
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, networks, and audiovisual equipment
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are regularly maintained
- Support online learning platforms and school management systems
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and purchases
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or Computer Science
- Relevant experience in a school or educational setup preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Windows, networking, and educational tech tools
