Job summary

Capital.com in the United Arab Emirates seeks an IT Compliance professional to own audit readiness, gap assessments, and day‑to‑day IT compliance work. You will coordinate IT audits, support policy development, and translate regulatory expectations into practical controls within a fintech environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to close gaps and ensure evidence is readily available for regulators and external auditors.

Qualifications

• 4‑6+ years in IT compliance, IT audit or risk in regulated environments.
• Strong regulatory understanding for financial institutions in the UAE.
• Hands‑on IT/cybersecurity gap assessments and remediation planning.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and evidence collection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive remediation to completion.
• Fluent English; Arabic working proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audits, supervisory reviews, and regulatory information requests.
• Assess compliance gaps against regulators, policies, and best practices.
• Define and track remediation with IT, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Help develop and maintain IT, cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Translate regulatory expectations into practical controls.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and evidence repositories.
• Interact with regulators and external auditors on topics like cyber and resilience.
