You will be responsible for engaging with business counterparts to initiate requirements gathering and facilitate technical initiatives in the MENAT region. The core focus will be on "change the bank" initiatives across customer and staff channels. The role provides a single point of contact for teams across the MENAT region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the business value across different functions. They will translate business requirements into feature requirements and collaborate with the design team in prototyping and fine-tuning requirements. The individual will participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement meetings. They will support user stories and work closely with the development team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders
2. Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs
3. Providing first sign-off on development after testing
4. Giving demos to the PO and stakeholders for final sign-off
5. Supporting UAT, SIT, and Production phases
6. Collaborating with partner system BAs and stakeholders - Stakeholder Management
7. Preparing use case diagrams, UMLs, sequence diagrams, and Visio flows
8. Acting as the interface between the business, customers, and their product needs, and the team
9. Providing a buffer for the team from feature and bug-fix requests from multiple sources; being the single contact for product requirements
10. Working with the team to define, document, and prioritize user-facing and technical requirements
11. Assessing the impact of change requests on existing business flows
