IT Business Analyst -E-Channels - Core Banking

Nair Systems is currently looking IT Business Analyst -E-Channels for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 6 years in the Banking experience within IT Department.
Proven previous experience with Analysis / testing SMS Banking, Call Center Application, IVR, Online and Mobile Banking.
Good Knowledge with Equation / Core Banking system.
Good knowledge Open Banking API
Reviewing BRS and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
Proven experience in Banking solutions in (SIT/UAT) testing
Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
Track and document changes to business specifications.
Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.
Follow up on any system incidents and arrange / coordinate for fixes on timely manner.

Required Special Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
Excellent business process analysis and mapping.
Team work and sync with reporting hierarchy
Customer service oriented
Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct
Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and outside contacts.
