Job Description
Gather and document detailed business requirements through interactions with Managers and Employees, ensuring that all perspectives are considered for effective solutions.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating better communication and decision-making.
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with organizational goals.
Develop use cases and user stories that illustrate functional requirements, providing a clear understanding of user needs to developers and testers.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors during the software development/automation lifecycle to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and deliver expected value.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment, ensuring that all functional requirements are met and the system operates as intended.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and training materials for end-users.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring that both sides understand each other's objectives and constraints.
Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing potential issues that could impact the delivery of IT solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide insights and recommendations that can enhance business operations and drive innovation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or IT consulting role, preferably within Trading/manufacturing companies.
Experience working in companies who are under transformation stage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus, particularly in multicultural settings.
