Responsible for the branch's desktop security, system security, network security, virus prevention, network security operation and maintenance, network operation monitoring, etc.
Responsible for the maintenance and management of office terminals in the branch (desktop computers, laptops, printers, servers, video conference terminals, etc.), including system installation, troubleshooting, vulnerability scanning, patch upgrades, antivirus, etc.
Responsible for the daily management of the branch's data center, including routine inspections, personnel access management, equipment entry and exit management, etc.
Responsible for monitoring the basic infrastructure of the branch's data center, including UPS, precision air conditioning, fire protection, access control, etc., to ensure the normal operation of infrastructure such as air, cooling, water, and electricity.
Responsible for daily inspections, hardware maintenance, server installation and removal, basic cabling, and other daily tasks of server equipment in the branch's data center.
Responsible for the daily maintenance and technical support of the application systems within the branch.
Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, network engineering, information security, automation, mathematics, or related fields in science and engineering.
Familiar with basic principles of computer software and hardware, operating systems, and information security; work experience in software development, system operation and maintenance, or equipment management is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, excellent written expression skills, and a meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive work style.
Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
