The Role: A highly skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT systems and solutions, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping clients improve their technology operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.

Project Description: KBR supports the Iraq Ministry of Planning in developing economic and social policies across various governmental sectors to achieve national development objectives. KBR provides consultancy services including economic master planning, project prioritization, technical and financial review, project management, ongoing project monitoring, negotiation support, and digitization as a key component of these services.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assess client IT needs and provide strategic recommendations.
2. Design and implement IT solutions to meet client requirements.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Conduct system audits and recommend improvements.
5. Provide training and support to client staff.
6. Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with technical support for hardware, software, and network configurations.
7. Support the latest technology implementations.
8. Provide IT support across multiple Task Orders.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

1. BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant overall experience.
3. At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar projects.
4. Minimum 5 years of regional experience.
5. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are preferred.
6. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks (LAN & WAN), hardware, software, and licensing.
7. Experience with on-premise and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
8. Experience deploying IT and networking systems across the country.
9. Proficiency in project management and documentation.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
11. Strong troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network issues.
12. Fluency in English, Arabic speaking is advantageous.
