Salary - 20000 To 28000 AED

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in IT application management or related fields.
• Three or more years of IT experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving and demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.
• Managing a team of at least six members in application development, implementation, or management.
• Three or more years of BU or BU-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving.
• Minimum five years of design and implementation experience in IT, with deep knowledge in at least two of the following: infrastructure and network design, application development, APIs, middleware, servers and storage, database management and operations, clustering technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies, Active Directory, and protocols.
• Three to six years of experience in application development.
• Strong background in Python, C#.NET, XML, usability, Content Management, technical writing; intermediate knowledge of W3C Compliance, 508 Compliance, quality assurance.

Job Description:

• Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value.
• Ensure that application processes (including those of external service providers) comply with corporate social responsibility, environmental and technical policies, standards, and legislation.
• Implement and manage application lifecycle management status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.
• Assess the technical and business fitness of the application portfolio, including costs and risks.
• Work with stakeholders and the IT application team to define prioritized business outcomes and related application work within budget.
• Oversee support activities to ensure applications perform well in production.
• Collaborate with the CLIENT Manager and other leaders to develop overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to meet organizational needs cost-effectively.
• Conduct stakeholder satisfaction surveys, publish results, and implement action plans to improve satisfaction.
