The successful candidate will leverage secure technologies, manage IT infrastructure, and drive service delivery improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, relevant IT certifications, and at least three years of experience in a similar role, with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

To ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the Group Companies by leveraging up-to-date, secure, and business-compatible technologies, while supporting continuous improvements in infrastructure, security, and service delivery.
Respond to IT concerns from staff via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Monitor upcoming license/domain renewals and take timely action.
Ensure all Manafa websites (excluding HMH) are secure and operational.
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and security based on industry best practices.
Manage procurement, negotiation, and performance of IT service contracts.
Ensure legal and policy compliance across IT operations.
Conduct periodic security tests and implement necessary controls.
Develop and maintain business continuity and contingency plans.
Promote IT security awareness across the organization.
Maintain all hardware (Macs, PCs, printers, mobile devices) and cloud services.
Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.
Review all website functionality and Google Maps presence across companies.
Audit and centralize domain/social account credentials under official business emails.
Perform IT security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Evaluate telecom plans for cost-effectiveness.
Renew software licenses, antivirus, firewalls, and domain hosting.
Prepare annual IT budget and vendor performance assessments.
Conduct IT GAP analysis and audits.
Evaluate hardware needs and coordinate procurement or maintenance.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot email, internet, Outlook, and printer issues.
Install software and configure systems for new users.
Address mobile and telephony concerns (lines, roaming, billing).
Conduct physical IT audits on hardware conditions and warranties.
Support IT-related projects and implement security protocols.
Manage vendor negotiations and IT project budgeting.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
IT Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
Experience
3+ years as an IT Administrator or in a similar technical role
Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, and infrastructure management
Network/system administration
IT security and data protection
Hardware/software troubleshooting
Familiarity with macOS, Windows, cloud services (iCloud, OneDrive), Tally, Microsoft Office, etc.
