Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator. The IT Administrator will be responsible for Technical Support, Network Administration, System Administration, Troubleshooting, Server Maintenance, VPN, Firewall, Website maintenance, and other information technology related duties as assigned.

Facilities Provided: Accommodation, Food, Transportation (Wherever Required), and Laundry

Requirements:

Experience in technical support, network administration, system administration, and troubleshooting
Experience working in information technology
Minimum of 4 years work experience in the same field
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
Must have good command over English & Hindi
Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
