We are currently seeking an IT Administrative Assistant - UAE National, reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the role :

As an IT Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the IT department. Your responsibilities include managing documentation, tracking service requests, coordinating meetings, and supporting IT processes and communications.

From Day 1, you’ll be a valued contributor, working closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide administrative support to the IT team, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  2. Track and follow up on IT service requests and support tickets.
  3. Maintain IT asset records and assist with inventory management.
  4. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  5. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data confidentiality.
