The Industry Vertical Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales, revenue growth, and strategic client relationships for GetMax.Cloud in Dubai. This role involves managing accounts and delivering tailored solutions across specific industry verticals as defined by Microsoft, such as Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Government. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring and nurturing customers within these sectors, leveraging Microsoft s comprehensive solution areas, including Modern Work, Cloud Solutions, Business Applications, Security, and Artificial Intelligence.

This position requires a proactive and results-driven professional with strong account management skills and the ability to align industry-specific customer needs with Microsoft s advanced technology solutions. Collaboration with technical, marketing, and business development teams will be essential to ensure client satisfaction and to provide actionable insights on market trends and competitive opportunities.

  • IT Security: Firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), Defender solutions (AV, ES).
  • Artificial Intelligence and Low Code/No Code development on Power Apps and Power Platform.
  • Infrastructure Solutions: Data center solutions, backup solutions (Acronis, Veeam), and networking solutions (Cisco, UniFi).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or industry-specific business development.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including certifications such as MS100, AZ100, Dynamics365, and Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities within Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Government.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Arabic or Indian languages, is a plus.
