Job summary

Vertiv in Dubai is seeking a Program Manager – Strategic Account (Israel) to lead delivery for a key strategic customer. You will be the single point of contact for all Vertiv deliverables, coordinating across business units and governance forums to ensure successful deployments and lifecycle handover.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification (HND minimum) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of program/contract management experience in a complex delivery environment.
• Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, data centre, or power solutions industry.
• Proven track record as a dedicated single point of contact for major/strategic accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Hebrew advantageous).
• Willingness to travel within EMEA as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single dedicated point of contact for senior customer stakeholders across all Vertiv deliverables.
• Own end-to-end accountability for all Israel-based deployments and programmes.
• Represent Vertiv across customer engagement forums, governance reviews, and executive briefings.
• Build trusted senior-level relationships with customer leadership and be the face of Vertiv delivery.
• Coordinate across Vertiv BUs to ensure aligned delivery per governance model.
• Lead internal alignment meetings and ensure commitments and timelines are met.
• Implement governance framework, RCA, 8D, KPI tracking, and CAPA verification.
• Drive quality governance and BU recovery ownership while ensuring process compliance.
• Manage cross-functional resource planning, prioritisation, and regional coverage.
• Identify risks early and drive pre-emptive resolution; manage escalations with urgency.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for the account.
• Deliver governance reports, progress updates, and status briefings.
• Champion continuous improvement and cross-regional knowledge sharing.
