Job summary

Natixis Dubai is seeking a Middle Office Specialist for Islamic Finance & Global Markets to coordinate end-to-end Sharia-compliant settlements and lifecycle management. You will validate trades, manage risk controls, and ensure accurate reporting in global markets while collaborating with Front Office, Structuring and external brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Islamic Jurisprudence.
• Minimum 6 years in operations for global markets (IRS, FX Der, Repo, structured deposits).
• Experience with core banking systems like Murex, Calypso, Kondor+; Python/Alteryx is a plus.
• Fluent English mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of Sharia-compliant global market transactions.
• Validate trades, manage lifecycle and ensure adherence to sharia policy.
• Liaise with Front Office, Back Office and external brokers; maintain auditable records.
• Lead SIT/UAT for new modules and automation of reconciliation workflows.
• Maintain system bookings and settlements with strict governance.
